The WindFree system represents the revolution and the future of air conditioning. With WindFree, Samsung has created, first in the world, the system that air-condition the rooms avoiding the user the perception of direct air flow. The WindFree system diffuses the air like no other because the indoor unit has a micro-perforated front panel from which the conditioned air diffuses into the environment in a natural and absolutely imperceptible way through 21000 small holes . The WindFree indoor units are particularly elegant, real design objects; the multiple additional functions make it possible to radically transform the room climate by offering a unique pleasure.
With its intelligent technology, the WindFree system also contributes to reducing the consumption of outdoor units. The operation of the indoor unit takes place in two phases: when switched on, it allows the temperature to be reached quickly thanks to the Fast Cooling mode which uses the classic air diffusion fin; when the set temperature is reached, the flap closes automatically and the temperature is kept constant in the room through the diffusion of the air conditioning through the micro-holes. The comfort is incomparable because it eliminates the classic pains in the head and back due to a direct diffusion of conditioning and gives only the pleasure of conditioning ; the system is also particularly useful for all environments such as offices, where a fixed station is occupied for a long time or, in bedrooms or where elderly people and children are present.

The 12000 BTU WindFree AVANT indoor unit with Wi-Fi system presented here is used to create the combinations of mono and multisplit air conditioners of the range together with the inverter outdoor units.
DESIGN
The Samsung WindFree AVANT air conditioner has soft and elegant shapes : the edges are rounded, the micro-perforated front panel wraps the unit with refinement and lightness, the large black display stands out bright on the right side; the compact dimensions give it an even greater lightness which makes installation and maintenance easier . The delivery nozzle, which is more inclined than traditional models, and a larger fan ensure that the air is cooled and introduced into the environment more quickly, more uniformly and more powerfully, to reach every corner of the room.
BREATHE CLEAN AIR
The Samsung WindFree AVANT air conditioner is equipped with the Easy Filter + air filter which retains the dust present in the air, returning cleaner air; the filter is very easy to remove for periodic cleaning which is carried out in a practical and fast way. The additional Tri-Care antibacterial filter , with triple action, which removes the most common harmful agents, reduces the presence of viruses, bacteria, allergens and free radicals in the home. The latter should not be washed; the manufacturer recommends its replacement every three years.
Thanks to the Auto Clean function, the indoor unit cleans itself by eliminating mold, bacteria and bad odors with a simple touch on the remote control.
PERFECT CLIMATE AND RELAX
The functions of the WindFree AVANT indoor units are of the latest generation for optimal comfort in any situation. All WindFree indoor units are equipped with 2 Step Cooling function that allows the desired temperature to be reached in a very short time : in the first phase of operation the air is quickly cooled or heated thanks to the larger fan and the open air vent; once the desired temperature is reached, the vent closes by activating the WindFree system which gently diffuses the air (at a speed of only 0.15 m / s!) through the micro-holes.
The Samsung WindFree AVANT air conditioners have been conceived as thinking machines thanks to the Artificial Intelligence function which, by “studying” the user's behavior, recognizes it and adapts to its habits; simply by touching the appropriate button on the remote control, the air conditioner will set the most suitable operating parameters in all circumstances.
Another great innovation is the integration with the most modern voice recognition systems such as Alexa, Google Assistant and Bixby: it will therefore be possible to "talk" to the air conditioner to turn it on, off or change any setting.
Finally it is possible to customize the operating cycles, control consumption and optimize them with a view to maximum freedom and maximum savings: thanks to the integrated Wi-Fi and using the Samsung SmartThing App it will be possible to manage the WindFree AVANT air conditioners remotely together with everyone. other compatible household devices; all the new WindFree units use the “NASA” communication protocol , faster and more efficient than the traditional RS485.
Among the settable functions we find the Good Sleep function which will make your sleep peaceful thanks to the ability of the air conditioner to regulate the temperature based on your body temperature . Furthermore, with the Dehumidification function, your relaxation will be perfect, fighting the heat of the hottest months. Auto Change Over automatically sets the heating or cooling mode according to the set temperature.
The WindFree AVANT air conditioners are very quiet with a sound pressure of 16 dB (A) for this size, like a breath!
The remote is compact in size and comes with clear, easy-to-use controls.
