The Olimpia Splendid Bi2 Smart S1 fan coil unit in the SL version is a modern and versatile solution for air conditioning your home all year round. In a single ultra-thin appliance (only 12.9 cm thick) , it combines cooling, heating, dehumidification and air filtration functions, ensuring comfort in all seasons.

Thanks to the brushless DC motor with inverter technology , the appliance intelligently adjusts the fan speed based on the room temperature, reducing electricity consumption and always maintaining the right level of well-being. The result is silent, efficient and low-consumption operation.

DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY

The Bi2 Smart S1 SL stands out for its ultra-slim and totally flat design , elegant and minimal, perfect for integrating into any domestic or professional environment.
The front body is made of metal painted white RAL 9003 , while the sides are made of ABS with a sophisticated aesthetic ("Smart sides"). Air is drawn in from below and reintroduced from the front through a motorized mobile panel that opens when the appliance is turned on and closes when it is turned off, and which can accommodate touch controls.

Main features and functions:

- Complete climate control year-round : heating, cooling, dehumidification, and air filtration. Ideal for maintaining comfortable indoor conditions in every season.

- High-efficiency coil : the hydraulic "heart" of the fan coil (water-air exchanger) is designed to maximize heat exchange while minimizing losses. This ensures optimal performance in both heating and cooling.

- Water temperature probe : integrated to measure the incoming water temperature, allowing the system to adjust its operation based on the actual thermal demand of the room. Improves accuracy and efficiency, avoiding waste.

- High-efficiency tangential fan : ensures a uniform and quiet airflow. This type of fan, combined with the brushless DC motor, allows for precise control of airflow, reducing consumption when high power is not required.

- Brushless DC inverter motor : allows for continuous fan speed variation (not just a fixed step), adapting to the actual thermal load. This means lower consumption, less noise, and greater comfort.

INSTALLATION

The SL (Super Low depth) version is extremely compact and can be installed in several ways, depending on your needs:

On the wall like a normal radiator;
On the floor , with special aesthetic feet (OPTIONAL);
Ceiling mounted with the addition of specific kits such as front basin kit, spacer feet kit (OPTIONAL).

This versatility makes it ideal even in environments where space is limited or a discreet installation is desired.

The Olimpia Splendid Bi2 SL SMART S1 fan coil unit does not have an on-board interface. It must therefore be completed with the MANDATORY On-Board Touch Electronic Control (code B0872) TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY , supplied with remote control included.

If you want to manage the Olimpia Splendid Bi2 SL Smart S1 fan coil unit remotely, via wall control, two alternative solutions are available:

- on-board electronic touch control code B0872 + wall-mounted chronothermostat code B0736 ; (to be purchased separately)

- on-board touch electronic control code B0872 + electronic remote control kit code B0873 + touch wall thermostat with contacts code B0921 . (to be purchased separately)

Furthermore, it is possible to manage the Bi2 Smart SL fan coil unit via WiFi using the optional WiFi kit code B1130 , an accessory that can be installed on the B0872 electronics, by downloading the OS Smart System application (one kit must be provided for each terminal that you want to control with the application).
