The Ferroli Kona scaler is a concentration of technology and practicality, developed to facilitate users in the ordinary management of the product in an intuitive way. Modulating thermal power and electronic combustion control with LOW NOx - Class 6 smoke emission; Ferroli products have been designed following the stringent parameters of the European ERP directive ( Class A ), therefore they are ecological and can also be integrated with solar thermal systems quickly and easily.
DESIGN
The Ferroli Kona water heater has a compact and modern design, designed to fit perfectly anywhere. Equipped with a display interface with Touch controls , it is characterized by being modern and intuitive, simplifying both ordinary management and monitoring of operation and the various settings that can be activated.
TECHNOLOGY, COMFORT AND SAVINGS
The new Ferroli Kona is a totally watertight water heater with high performance and low environmental pollution emissions , which therefore, in addition to respecting the environment, will also bring significant savings to energy costs .
A series of technical features are worthy of note, certainly positioning it among the best water heaters on the market. In this regard, it is necessary to mention the latest generation Low Nox - Class 6 high modulation burner , which reduces polluting emissions and provides solid and accurate combustion; It also includes a fan that works in conjunction with the burner via an intuitive, touch-sensitive microprocessor control system.
This water heater is able to modulate the power in relation to the temperatures of the inlet water and/or the outlet hot water. The ratio between maximum and minimum power can reach up to 1:8 , guaranteeing high levels of energy saving and stable and precise temperatures, in the name of comfort and safety .
Various functions can be set including the ECO function/mode which allows the hot water temperature to be set at 42°C and simultaneously reduces the power by 20% (80% Pmax). Other functions that can be activated are: STANDBY which puts the appliance in operating mode and NORMAL mode which instantly supplies domestic hot water at the temperature requested and set by the user. Both the ECO and NORMAL modes can be activated with the support of solar thermal energy , and in this case, by activating SUN EASY, the temperature of the water coming from the solar circuit will be constantly monitored, also affecting the activation of the burner, which it will only turn on if the water is not hot enough; this mode will allow, as is evident, to obtain significant savings on energy expenditure, among other things by extending this possibility even during the colder seasons, as Sun Easy is able to exploit and integrate even the smallest solar contribution, which would otherwise be lost. The Ferroli Kona water heater is available in methane , LPG and propane air versions (50% air - 50% propane) following the transformation by the Authorized Technical Service; smoke outlet and air inlet configurable with 60/100 mm coaxial pipe or with double 80 mm pipe (air/smoke) ( optional ).
Internal and external installation in a partially protected place (in this last case with the aid of the optional on +5°C / off +15°C antifreeze heater kit).
