The EVOPLUS SMALL electronic circulators by DAB are high efficiency and low energy consumption electric pumps for the circulation of water in all types of small collective domestic and commercial heating , ventilation and air conditioning systems. Thanks to DAB know-how they offer the best in terms of sturdiness and technology. Ideal for their compactness and performance, the EVOPLUS SMALL electronic circulators are also very simple to install: they are connected to the power supply line via a practical connector with the relative plug supplied as standard which makes the operation quick and easy. The user interface is also simple to understand and use.
Here the 80/180 XM model is proposed 180 mm center distance with 2 connections and standard 1 ¼ F unions on request.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The EVOPLUS SMALL 80/180 XM 2” wet rotor electronic circulator is characterized by its great sturdiness : it is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, has a cast iron pump body, die-cast aluminum motor casing, rotor sleeve, stator sleeve and steel closing flange; impeller in technopolymer, thrust ring in ceramic and motor shaft in alumina mounted on bearings in graphite lubricated by the same liquid being pumped; EPDM sealing ring and insulation shells supplied as standard to prevent heat dispersion and/or the formation of condensation on the pump body.
It has IP44 degree of protection against any solid foreign body and water jets which guarantees great durability over time.
The pumped liquid must have chemical-physical characteristics close to those of clean water (with glycol max. 30%).

Thanks to its innovative technology, the synchronous motor with permanent magnets and the frequency converter, the EVOPLUS SMALL 80/180 XM 2 electronic circulator lends itself to being used in all small domestic and commercial collective heating, ventilation and conditioning systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and energy saving. Its inverter electronics are able to detect the variations required by the system and automatically adapt the performance.
GREAT INSTALLATION AND USE MODULARITY
The EVOPLUS SMALL 80/180 XM 2 circulator is the ideal solution both for its compact dimensions and for its excellent performance.
Its use is easy and intuitive thanks to the control panel located on the cover of the electronic device. On the panel there are: a graphic display, 4 navigation keys and 3 signaling LED lights. It is also possible to control the device remotely thanks to the Dconnect service by purchasing the Box separately.
The installation must be carried out with the motor axis horizontal.
